Refund & Return Policy

Gyaandeep Coaching Centre, we strive to provide quality educational services and materials to our students. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a refund or return is necessary. Therefore, we have developed the following Refund & Return Policy to ensure fairness and transparency:

  1. Course Fees:
    • All course fees are non-refundable once the course has commenced.
    • If a student wishes to withdraw from a course before it begins, a refund may be provided minus an administrative fee. The administrative fee will be specified at the time of enrollment.
  2. Study Materials:
    • Study materials such as textbooks, workbooks, and digital resources are non-refundable once they have been accessed or utilized.
    • If study materials are found to be defective or damaged upon receipt, students must notify us within 7 days of receiving the materials to be eligible for a replacement. Proof of defect or damage may be required.
  3. Workshops and Seminars:
    • Registration fees for workshops and seminars are non-refundable once the event has commenced.
    • If a student is unable to attend a workshop or seminar due to unforeseen circumstances, they may request a credit for future events. Requests for credit must be made in writing and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  4. Digital Products and Online Courses:
    • Digital products, including online courses and downloadable content, are non-refundable once access has been granted.
    • If a student encounters technical issues preventing them from accessing or completing a digital product, they must notify us within 7 days of purchase for assistance. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue or provide an alternative solution.
  5. Refund Process:
    • To request a refund or return, students must submit a written request to our administrative office.
    • Refunds will be processed within 7 days of approval and will be issued via the original method of payment whenever possible.
    • Any refunds issued will be subject to deduction of applicable administrative fees or restocking fees as outlined in this policy.
  6. Exceptions:
    • In exceptional circumstances such as documented medical emergencies or other extenuating situations, we may consider refund or return requests on a case-by-case basis.
  7. Changes to Policy:
    • We reserve the right to amend or update this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other official communication channels.
